Duration: 5 Days
In this course, you will be introduced to the XP 9500 disk array terminology, function, architecture, and configuration. You will get hands-on practice on our P9500's with logical unit number (LUN) and volume management, data replication, cache partitioning, external storage, thin provisioning, AutoLUN, Performance Advisor, resource partitions, and Command View XP Advanced Edition. You will also cover the concepts of Continuous Access and Snapshot XP.
What You Will Learn
- Hardware architecture of the HP XP 9500 disk array
- Use the new Remote Web
Console user interface to manage and view P9500 configuration information
- Use the new Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) Manager command line to
manage the array configuration
- Set the Fibre Port Topology for the P9500
ports
