In today's world of telecommuting and globalization, chances are good that your projects will include a virtual team at some point. While similar to all teams in many ways, virtual teams have some unique needs that must be addressed. In this short course, you will learn the crucial interpersonal skills used to manage in a virtual environment. You'll also accelerate your communication skills and knowledge of how new communication technologies can help or hinder.
Virtual short courses do not include materials or headsets.
