Duration: 1 Day

Whatever the outcome of your project, you can learn lessons from it and gain beneficial takeaways with a productive post-mortem analysis. The techniques you'll learn in this short course will help you avoid post-mortem "witch hunts" where team members attempt to place blame on why project activities did not go as planned. You'll learn how to create an environment in which you and your team can positively analyze project success and failure as well as ways to apply those lessons to future projects.
